(a) All sales of Auronix Remit are final if it is a successful transaction. If a transaction got failed at the time of sending the request itself, then automatically the amount get credited into your wallet.

(b) If a transaction got failed due to another reasons then an OTP get generated in the sender (remitter) registered mobile number. They need to provide the OTP to CSP to initiate the refund process.

(c) Mostly the refund amount will be credited into your wallet within 2-3 days after transaction.

(d) For another scenario where a transaction was success but amount credited to a wrong beneficiary account. In this case Auronix can only assist you and we will not entertain the mistakes anymore.
